Tracking Class Session Attendance

Administrators and Instructors can track class session attendance so they have a record of who attended specific classes.
Note that the Instructor must be assigned an Instructor role in the account and be listed as the Instructor for that class to be able to track attendance.
To track attendance, select Administration > Classes. Select the class name > Sessions, or select Actions > Sessions.
Select the session Start Time or End Time, or select Actions > Session Details.
Select Attendance at the left side of the page. From here you can select Print Attendance Sheet if you need to have attendees sign in.
After the session is complete, indicate either No Show or Attended to reflect each user’s attendance.
Note that you cannot update attendance for sessions that occur in the future.
If you need to add a user to a session that occurred in the past, VelocityEHS recommends that you edit the session date to a future date, enroll the user, then change the date of the session back to the original date.
