Managing Learning Center Subjects

Thanks for your feedback!
Learning Center subjects organize courses by subject matter so that learners can easily find what they’re looking for. For example, in this Learning Center, there are eight subjects, and within each subject there are multiple related courses, classes, and/or programs.
Carcinogen Safety, Confined Space Entry, and Defensive Driving courses are part of the Workplace Safety subject.
For Advanced Training & Learning accounts, administrators can add and manage new, custom subjects for their specific site.
Managing subjects involves three general steps:
To add a new subject, select Learning Center > Add Subject.
Enter a Subject Name and select the Add Subject button.
Locate the subject on the Learning Center page. Select the Actions > button below it > Edit Subject. Make your changes and then choose Save Subject.
To add a course, class, or program to a subject, select the Subject on the Course Details, Class Details, or Program Details page. You can add as many courses, classes, or programs to the subject as you wish.
When you’re ready to make the subject available to users in the Learning Center, publish the subject: on the Learning Center page, locate the subject and select Actions > Publish.
Now, users can select the subject from the Browse by Subjects section on the Learning Center page to view and choose from all related courses, classes, and programs.
If you want a subject to no longer be available to users for selection on the Learning Center page, un-publish it: on the Learning Center page, locate the subject and select Actions > Un-publish.
