Q3 2023
Our third quarter release is live! For this update, we made incremental enhancements based on customer feedback.
Location Tree and Organizational Unit improvements
- The location tree for an account will now be built from a single root location. The default location for all job profiles will be this root location.
- Job Profiles can now be sorted by location on the Job Profiles dashboard.
Job Matching Process improvement
- Users may now navigate back to the Job Match Analysis page from an individual modified Job Profile they created to match an employee’s job.
Analytics Dashboard improvement
- “Jobs to be reviewed” feature was sunset.
- “Jobs to be reviewed counter” was removed from the dashboard to eliminate confusion.
What else is new?
- Security Enhancements: When shared, Causation Analysis and Recovery Assessment external links are now secured with an 8-digit code. All external links (except the read-only links with no personally identifiable information) will expire after 48 hours. A workflow is built to request access for another 48 hours. Further security measures log a user out if they have been idle for more than 60 minutes.
- Issues associated with adding users, Causation Analysis reminders, and saving data in a “child” company are resolved.
- Application speed enhancements are complete. Faster load times for system processing helps users get their work done faster and more efficiently.
Q2 2023
This quarter we focused on routine product maintenance such as server updates, database optimizations, and software patches to maintain peak performance. We want to ensure that our software operates smoothly, efficiently, and remains up-to-date.
Q1 2023
Our February release is live! This update includes important security updates and bug fixes:
- Job Match Analysis calculations have been updated to include a wider variety of customer scenarios.
- When users reset their passwords, the twice-entered new passwords must match. Previously, a bug allowed the password entries to be unique.
What else is new?
- PDA/RTW now matches the look and feel of our other VelocityEHS capabilities for a seamless user experience.
- Our new Customer Support Form has been linked within the site.
Q4 2022
Physical Demands Analysis Capability
A Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) quantifies the essential physical demands required of an employee for a specific job. This capability saves time and effort for Health and Safety professionals by digitizing and automating the process with standardized templates that are pre-populated with industry-standard data.
Our PDA capability includes:
- ONET (DOL) database of 50,000+ unique job titles to choose from
- Fully customizable templates
- Physical, psychosocial, cognitive demands
- Essential and non-essential job functions and tasks
- Essential Job Function report export
- Post Offer Employment Testing report export
- Other details to add to a PDA: environmental demands, sensory demands, vocational prep, and general educational requirements, etc.
Return to Work Capability
A Return to Work (RTW) program is established by a company to return injured employees back to the workplace, once medically cleared, to their original job or a modified duty. By creating comprehensive Return to Work profiles, this capability automates job matching and maximizes business intelligence with the real-time insights needed to drive strategic planning for EHS programs.
Our RTW capability includes:
- Full integration with PDAs and job profiles
- Causation analysis
- Recovery Assessment – analyzes psychological risk affecting rate of recovery
- Functional Abilities Evaluation
- Automated Job Match Analysis – provides a percentage match for return to both full- and modified-duty roles
- Integration between RTW profiles and Digital Job Database reduces costs, mitigates lost productivity, and ensures accurate processes
