Our February release includes security updates.
In addition, where previously our software prompted VelocityEHS Office Ergonomics users to contact our Customer Support team via email, users are now provided with a link to the new Customer Support Form. This link is available in the Resource Center (the purple question mark in the bottom right-hand corner of the application screen), on the Contact Us page, and in automated email notifications.

Our first release of the year is live! This release consists of important security updates as part of VelocityEHS’s commitment to providing customers with safe and secure tools for assessing and managing their Office Ergonomics program.
November 2022
Our November release is live! This is a maintenance release consisting of important security updates.
October 2022
Our October release is a maintenance release consisting of security updates, minor bug fixes, and infrastructure enhancements.
September 2022
Our September release includes minor maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
August 2022
Our August release includes bug fixes that resolved issues with manually adding users in sites that use SSO, restoring user first and last names that contained special characters, and updating our translations to display correctly in the site.
July 2022
The July release includes minor improvements, such as display of the full location path on the Action Plan Sorter and the Manager Action Overview reports. This release also includes a bug fix that updated incorrect “Open” Action Plan Statuses to the correct “New” status for a small number of Action Plans within the system.
June 2022
Our June release includes several bug fixes that resolved issues with sending out Broadcast emails, interface errors that prevented certain users from saving custom site notifications, and problems accessing the resources in our eLearning modules.
May 2022
Our May release includes several small but consequential improvements geared to those who manage Office Ergonomics programs (especially for large, complex organizations). This release also included minor bug fixes and other infrastructure improvements.
This update focused on the following:
- Managers and Administrators can now view user profile information directly in the Action Plan Sorter. Profile information may include contact information, employee ID, and address information, depending on the organization’s settings. With all of this information easily at hand, managers have everything needed to take next steps to help their users follow through on ergonomics improvements.
- Export the full location hierarchy path associated with records in the Users table, the User Training Status Report, and the Action Plan Sorter. Previously, only the lowest two location levels were displayed for a given record. Now, users will have the information needed to understand and contextualize where a record belongs, who is responsible for it, and how best to respond to it.
- The Action Plan Sorter has a new column available, “Last Action By,” to help Managers and Administrators track who is modifying items in the system and when.

This month we released a new Help Center and focused on bug fixes and some additional performance improvements.
What’s New?
- Administrators and Managers have access to the Resource Center.
- Users can get answers to their questions from our new Help Center. This Help Center has tons of great information. Make sure to check it out and read more about our ergonomics software!
- The History of Notifications page for sent and received notifications has been improved. This history can be downloaded into a Microsoft Excel file.

This month we were hard at work creating some great new features and improvements!
What’s New?
- Notifications, Trainings, and Action Plans have history that can be seen by our users. This can be found under both the My Account and User pages.
- Custom messaging can appear on the Action Plan page.
- The Action Plan sorter can have an Email column.
- The CC field has been added to Action Plan for the ability to copy people on emails. This is an easy way to notify multiple people about the completion of an Action Plan!
- Broadcast Emails can now be previewed before they are sent.

We introduced our Home Office updates this month, as well as some other performance improvements. See below for more details.
Home Office Updates
- Learn: The e-learning module includes images of both home office environments and corporate office environments.
- Do: Administrators can enable the home office assessment at the global and assessment editor level. As a result, the office ergonomics assessment will include questions to specifically address the home office environment, as well as home office solutions.
- Manage: Filters for the Action Plan Sorter can include all optional assessment sections (Home Office, Material Handling, Laboratory, and Discomfort).
More Improvements
- Understand your search criteria better. Now, chosen locations appear in the search rather than “All my locations”.
- Timestamps, exports, and display events are now in the user’s time zone. Administrators can also set a primary time zone for their organization.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements!
