Risk Analyses Summary

The Risk Analyses Summary provides a summary of Standard Job Safety Analysis JSA, Aspects and Impacts, and HAZOP records for a selected time period and location(s).

To run the report:

1. 1. From the Navigation menu, select Platform > Standard Reports > All Reports > Risk Reports > Risk Analyses Summary.
   2. Select your filter options: time period, location, category (Job Safety Analysis, Aspects and Impacts, HAZOP), status, and Team Lead.
   3. Select Run Report at the top of the page. When the report displays, you can select a risk analysis title to go directly to the record.
