Define a Guideword

Guidewords are global items that apply to all locations in Operational Risk. Administrators can create new guidewords as described here, or “on the fly” via a deviation template (see Define a Deviation Template).

To create a guideword, go to Admin > (HAZOP Setup) Guidewords > Add. Add a name and Description and then Save the record.
