Performing a Verification Activity

Note:  To download the Operational Risk mobile app, search for “VelocityEHS Operational Risk” in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

When you log into the Operational Risk mobile app, you’ll see a list of verification activities assigned to you. Use the Filters function to narrow down the items you want to see.

Note:  You’ll need to be connected to the internet to see the most up-to-date list of activities assigned to you.

To start a verification activity, select the OPEN button.

To complete the verification, you’ll follow the same steps used to complete verifications using the web application.

Answer all required questions with the appropriate responses.
