Completing an Action Item

In addition to performing and generating verification activities with the Operational Risk mobile app, you can also close out action items.

To view the list of action items assigned to you and their current status, select Actions at the bottom of the page.

Select the Open button if you want to view additional detail for an action, or select the Send for Verification button (text varies based on the state of the action).

Enter the required information to complete the action and select Confirm.

When the action has been completed, you’ll have the option to Mark as Complete.

Add any necessary comments or observations, and then select Confirm.
