JSA Security Permissions: Who Can Access and Work with JSAs?

This article describes security permission options for users working with Job Safety Analysis in the Operational Risk solution.
A range of individuals may be involved in creating and completing JSAs, including supervisors, operators/frontline workers, maintenance team members, quality assurance team members, and EHS team members. Engaging a diverse group of people with varied backgrounds, experiences, and perceptions of risk improves not only the quality of JSAs, but also increases employee engagement and buy-in.
A system administrator can assign users the required security permissions associated with their roles in Operational Risk:
In addition to the restrictions and capabilities associated with the security parameters they’ve been assigned (Viewer, Manager), what a user can do with a particular JSA (which options they’ll see) is ultimately determined by whether they’ve been designated as JSA Coordinator or Reviewer for that JSA (in the Primary Details).
