System Requirements: Operational Risk

Here are the system requirements for using the VelocityEHS Operational Risk software. If you’re unsure if your computer is compatible, please check with your IT staff to ensure that your computer is equipped with the appropriate tools.

Browser Requirements

The following browsers are supported:

• • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

If you’re having difficulty with your browser, try the following:

• • Refresh your browser cache using Ctrl + Shift + Delete > Delete Data (Windows), or Command + R (Mac)
  • Update browser to the most recent version

Network Requirements

Confirm your network meets the minimum bandwidth requirements.

Minimum

• • Upload speed: greater than 1 Mbps
  • Download speed: greater than 4 Mbps

Recommended

• • Upload speed: greater than 3 Mbps
  • Download Speed: greater than 10 Mbps

Media Requirements

When uploading files, confirm that they meet the following requirements:

• • Size: up to 100 MB
  • Format: DOC, DOCX, PDF, PPT, PPTX, RTF, XLS, XLSX, TXT, BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, MOV, MP4
