Industrial Ergonomics User Roles
Ergonomics user roles and permissions are managed in Accelerate Admin Settings > Role Management.
There are six Industrial Ergonomics policies in Accelerate, and these have the same names and descriptions as the system roles.
Each policy is linked to the corresponding system role.
- Ergonomics Editor — full access to job assessment data and reports.
- Ergonomics Editor with Job Rotation — full access to job assessment data and reports, with additional access to the Job Rotation tool
- Ergonomics Administrator — full access to job assessment data and reports, with the ability to manage user access to training modules
- Ergonomics Report Reviewer — view-only access to job assessment data and reports
- Ergonomics job Assessment Data Reviewer — view-only access to job assessment data
- Ergonomics Training Report Reviewer — view-only access to Training Access report
Users must be assigned the Accelerate Administrator role to add and manage users and role assignments.
Users must be assigned at least one Ergonomics role/policy to be able to access Industrial Ergonomics.
Note: Users who were Super Administrators or Administrators within Industrial Ergonomics before activation will automatically be assigned the Accelerate Administrator role after activation. All other users will be assigned the Accelerate User role.
