Moving Job Assessments Between "Learn" and "Do"

In the Learn Section, Training Job Assessments is a place to store job assessments that do not factor into any of the reports in the Manage section. You can use the Training Job Assessments area for practice during training, or to store incomplete Job Assessments.

If you later decide you’d like the Training Job Assessments to be included in reports, you can move them from the “Learn” section to the “Do” section. To do so, follow the steps below.

1. From the menu, select Learn > Training Job Assessments.
   
2. Locate the job assessment you want to move and select its name.
   
3. Select Move to Do on the left side of the page.
   
4. Select OK. This Job Assessment can now be found in Do > Job Assessments and will appear in reports.

To move a job assessment back to Learn, select the job assessment from Do > Job Assessments and then select Move to Learn on the left side of the page.
