I accidentally entered my projected score under the Follow-Up section. How do I delete it?

For a Manual Whole-Body Assessment, in the Follow-Up section, select Edit to open the assessment form, remove all risk factors to zero out the assessment, and select Save. Then select the red X symbol to delete. Be sure to first copy your work into the Projected section before deleting.

For an Advanced Whole-Body Assessment, in the Follow-Up section, select Edit on the right side of the figure. Next, select Delete Video and confirm by selecting OK. Select Edit Forces, and remove any forces currently applied to body segments, then select Save and Continue. Remove any hand and wrist data and select Save.
