How do I remove Manual Whole-Body Assessment data from an assessment that has both Manual and Advanced data?

If a job assessment contains data for both a manual and an advanced whole-body assessment, risk reduction report data can be skewed in the Job Assessment Summary and the Risk Reduction Index. Choose only one risk assessment method to collect data for a job assessment; it’s not recommended, or necessary, to use both methods for a single job assessment. Complete two separate job assessments instead.

To remove manual whole-body assessment data from an assessment and retain only the advanced data, you’ll need to create a copy of the job assessment and copy over all assessment data except the manual whole-body assessment data, and then archive the original job assessment. This way, you’ll end up with a new job assessment that includes only the advanced assessment data.

These steps will remove the manual whole-body assessment score from your report data.

1. On the Job Assessment page, display the job assessment that contains both manual and advanced whole-body assessment data. Select Copy at the left side of the page.

   

2. Select all existing data to copy it, except Manual Whole-Body Assessment data, and select Next.
3. Rename the copy to include the word Advanced in the title (to distinguish it from the original), and then choose Save.
4. Reopen the original job assessment from the Job Assessment page and choose Archive on the left side of the page.
