Job Assessments
How can I tell who created, modified, or archived/unarchived a job assessment and when?
To see who created or last modified (or unarchived) a current job assessment and when:
- Go to Do > Job Assessments and select the Location you want to view.
- Make sure that Columns selected to display include “Created” and “Modified.”
- Under Find Job Assessments, use the Find and dropdown fields to filter by specific data (job name, product, etc.) if you know it, and then select Current > Go to display current matching job assessments.
- Locate the job assessment and find the Created and Modified columns that show the date the assessment was created and by whom, the most recent date it was modified, and who made the change.
To see who archived a job assessment and when:
- Go to Do > Job Assessments and select the Location you want to view.
- Under Find Job Assessments, use the Find and dropdown fields to filter by specific data, and then select Archived > Go to display archived job assessments.
- Locate the job assessment and find the Archived column that shows the archived date and the Assessor who archived the assessment.
