Once a record is evaluated as a Potential Serious Injury or Fatality (PSIF), the platform supports downstream visibility through automated notifications. This ensures stakeholders are kept informed and able to respond proactively.
After notifications are set up, an email is sent when a record is either accepted as a PSIF or considered not a PSIF.
You can set up PSIF notifications directly within an individual Incident or Near Miss record by following these steps:
This allows you to send notifications based on PSIF status for each record as needed.
You can also automate this process by going to Incident Management > Admin Settings > Notifications. From there, create preset notifications that apply to all records or to specific locations in your platform. This is a great option if you prefer a set-it-and-forget-it approach.
Email recipients may not have access to the full record in the platform, so key details are included in the message body.
