Platform Information

The following platform modules are included for every customer.

• Sites (locations): Focused on managing location and the location hierarchy. Most environmental activities are linked to a location.
• Admin: Allows for the administration of users and permissions.  It also includes configuration tools, such as data import, PDFs repository, client configuration options, and edit dropdowns.
• Materials Management:  When dealing with ESG or environmental materials, management is essential to the process. Whether managing waste, calculating GHG emissions, or analyzing water samples, the customer must understand the underlying chemicals to drive reporting and compliance tasks. Within the E-Suite platform, Materials Management is a base module used to drive air, waste, and water.  It is where we store all relevant material properties pertaining to environmental management. These properties enable us to perform essential compliance tasks, including converting from mass to volume, calculating GHG emissions, and tracking hazardous waste.
• Tasks: Task management is essential to ESG and environmental compliance. Ensuring tasks are completed and having a clear audit trail are the objectives of tasks in ESuite.
