Manage Toolkits

How to Access Manage Toolkits

In Chemical Management, Manage Toolkits is available within System Settings.

From this page, administrators can assign Safety Toolkits and BLR Toolkits to users.

To access Manage Toolkits, the following requirements must be met:

1. 1. The user must be assigned an Accelerate role that includes the policy:
      Chemical Management – Manage Toolkits

   2. Your organization must have purchased Environment and/or Safety Toolkits.

If the required policy is not included in the user’s Accelerate role, or if Toolkits have not been purchased, the Manage Toolkits option will not appear in System Settings.

Note that only active users display and can be assigned toolkits. If a user to whom you want to assign a toolkit is not visible, navigate to Accelerate > Admin Settings > Persons & Users to check their status and update it if needed.

To see how many licenses are available to be assigned, hover over the User Licenses field.

The Users table includes a few updates:

• • Safety Toolkit Assigned and Environment Toolkit Assigned (Yes/No) columns indicate current assignments. (Primary account administrators do not have licenses assigned so they display in the table automatically.)
  • You can sort the data by user name and email, and you can filter by Toolkit Type.

To assign a toolkit to a user

1. 1. Select a user from the Users table to display a side panel. 
   2. Select Safety Toolkit and/or Environmental Toolkit to assign toolkit(s) to the user.
   3. SelectSave.
