Close an Action Item
- Access the action item you intend to close from the Actions page.
- Verify that all required fields, progress notes, and attachments are complete and accurate.
- Select the Close Action button at the top of the page.
- Once the action is closed, its status will update to Closed, and it will be viewable under the Closed Actions filter for reference.
