Accelerate Actions

The Action Items page provides a centralized view of all of the Safety Solution action items, allowing users to effectively manage tasks associated with various capabilities.

Action items on this page may originate from the following capabilities:

• • Incident Management
  • Audit
  • Compliance
  • Standard Job Safety Analysis (S-JSA)
  • Management of Change (MOC)
  • Training Management
  • Meetings
  • Metrics

Standalone action items, not tied to a specific capability, are also accessible here.

You have a few different viewing options on the Action Items page:

• • Calendar view toggle: Switch between list and calendar views for action items.
  • View selector: View All action items you have access to (including others, depending on permissions) or view only your assigned To-Do actions.
  • Filter Button: Select from the following to narrow down the list of action items:
    • Status
    • Source Type (capability associated with the action, or standalone)
    • Due Date
    • Responsible user
    • Delegated user
    • Assigner
    • Location
    • Offline Source (specific to standalone action items)

Also note:

• The Action Item Number is a system-generated unique identifier for the action.
• The Source identifies the specific record within the platform where the action originates.
