Summary
This month’s Advanced Dashboards and Reports release introduces new features to help you track and manage action items more effectively, along with improvements to incident reporting.
Highlights
- Added three new reports for improved action item management:
- Incidents and their corrective actions: Enables EHS managers to monitor incidents and follow up on improvements.
- Audits and their corrective actions: Allows facility staff to track audit recommendations and action plans.
- Management of Change (MoC) and their corrective actions: Lets EHS managers review MoC records alongside related corrective actions, supporting effective change management and issue resolution.
- Create custom reports using the updated Action Items EHS data model, now including action source IDs for more flexible reporting.
- Resolved an issue where the incident report displayed duplicate rows for incidents with multiple analyzed descriptions; the report now shows only one row per incident.
Role Management Improvements
The Explore Solutions section in the navigation is now only visible to users with the appropriate permissions. This update gives customers more control over which users can access Explore Solutions, helping ensure the right information is visible to the right audiences.
User Experience Improvements
We resolved an issue in the EHS Roles editor where pressing Enter in the search field unintentionally triggered a save action. This improvement enhances usability when managing roles.
Translation Reliability Improvements
We addressed an issue that could occasionally prevent translated pages from loading correctly. Users should now experience more reliable access to translated content.
October 2025
Expanded Translation Support
Solution navigation now supports full translation coverage, including both solution names and their associated capabilities. This enhancement provides a more consistent experience for users working in supported languages.
September 2025
As part of regular platform maintenance, we implemented behind-the-scenes reliability improvements and security enhancements.
August 2025
Updated UI behavior when removing applications from a location in Location Application Assignment. The revised modal and toast messages better describe the changes being made, reducing confusion.
Person and Role Management
- Incorporating feedback from our customers, Inactive users are filtered out in the Persons/Users list by default, allowing administrative staff to focus on Active users in the list.
- Role and policy descriptions in the All Roles and Available Policies tables now wrap two lines before truncating, improving at-a-glance usability.
- As a part of regular maintenance and cleanup of roles and policies, some un-used policies were removed. In addition, missing descriptions were added for some Operational Risk roles and policies.
July 2025
Advanced Dashboard and Reporting
The Advanced Reports section (accessible via Platform > Advanced Reports) now includes a dedicated tab for pSIF & SIF reporting, showcasing our latest AI-enhanced capabilities:
These new reports include insights such as:
- instances where incident descriptions were analyzed and improved
- incidents that were analyzed as potential SIFs, the results of that analysis, and whether that analysis was accepted
- the numbers of pSIFs and SIFs compared to the number of incidents
User Experience & Usability
- After password resets (including initial login setup), users are now returned directly to the login page with their domain automatically filled in, simplifying the process.
- The login error message has been updated to mention all three fields: Company Domain, Username, and Password, to help users diagnose login issues more clearly.
- The Customer > Applications page now defaults to showing 40 rows per page, reducing the need for manual paging.
- The “Access Granted” message was suppressed to improve the look and feel of the login flow.

Advanced Dashboards and Reports
With the first release of Advanced Dashboards and Reports, EHS customers on Accelerate can now:
Create dashboards for management and frontline workers with new insights, such as:
- On-time action completion percentages
- Incident rates compared to industry averages
- A safety pyramid
- Open audits and inspections by template
Provide reporting for management, with:
- Pre-built reports for incidents and audits that have stalled in the workflow
- Data access such as search and export, with no cap on the number of records and the ability to add and adjust visualizations and filters on the fly
This is only the first release. Currently, dashboards and reports are only available for EHS Actions, Incident Management, and Audits & Inspections. Future releases will expand the included products and provide more pre-built visuals and reports.

- Unsaved Changes message box will appear to the user when they attempt to navigate away from a page where they have made changes

Unsaved Changes Warning
Verbiage warning Users that they have unchanged changes when attempting to navigate away from a page without saving has been updated to a simpler, more straightforward error message: “Are you sure you want to leave this page? Your unsaved changes will be discarded.”
Locations
When a validation error occurs during the Location add/update workflow, the Location add slider will remain open, allowing Users to correct the issue without losing their data.

When filters are applied to the Action Items list, the Clear Filters action button will be enabled, indicating that filters have been applied. Clear Filters will be disabled if there are no filters applied to the Action Items list. Additionally, Users will be directed to the first page of list results upon clearing a filter.
