How to Change Your Password for the Accelerate Platform

This article applies to customers who access their VelocityEHS applications via the Accelerate Platform. If you do not currently use the Accelerate Platform, please refer to the article specific to your product for instructions on resetting your password.
You can reset your Accelerate Platform password in two ways:
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to your company-specific URL and select Forgot password?
You can choose to have a password reset link sent to you via email or to receive a reset code via SMS (text) message.
Also note the following:
Select your profile icon in the bottom left corner and select My Profile.
Select Change Password, and then enter your Old (current) password and a New password. Repeat the new password and choose Save.
From within the user record, an Administrator can send an email to assist in resetting a password.
