December 2024
Highlights – Mobile
- Fixed the bug that was preventing records to sync from mobile to web.

November 2024
Highlights – Web (5.9.23)
- Notifications that do not have an Incident Type can now be sent.
- A bug was fixed that will now allow users to save links under Documents & Links.
- Improved support for location exports.
- Improved Feedback when user import job is run.
Highlights – Mobile
- Fixed the bug that was preventing users from using the new picker to select photos from the gallery. Users now can select the photos needed to include in mobile EHS records.

Highlights – Web (5.9.22)
- The checklist answers No button has been updated to “x” to align with what’s expected in Audit and MOC modules.
- A bug was fixed that will prevent In-App importer being stuck in “Pending” status.
- Improved frontend error messaging.
- A bug was fixed that shows roles for Compliance notifications.
- Action Item record link issue in email body is now resolved.

- Photo picker was replaced with an updated version.

Highlights – Mobile
- A bug was fixed to prevent the “Loading Configuration” screen loop.
- A new feature allowing users to submit a “Debug Report” under the Settings menu to assist with troubleshooting issues.
- A bug was fixed to allow SSO redirect back to mobile application after authentication.
- Continued focus efforts on syncing records from Mobile to Web.
- Resolved a History screen crash issue that occurred occasionally.

August 2024
Highlights – Web (5.9.21)
- Two new features available:
- A new User Summary report allowing for user extractions in the front-end.
- Users can now sort the Recycle bin.
- A bug was fixed that will prevent duplicate location labor hours to be submitted.
- A bug was fixed so that when deleting a user’s default dashboard, they will be assigned the Global Dashboard as their default.
- Time out errors now resolved for Contractors added through Person Involved.
- The scheduled Report opened from an Email issue is now resolved.
- Checklist answers on Emergency change PSSR checklists now remain after transition back to Pre-startup.
- Safety Meetings can now be restored from Recycle bin.
Highlights – Mobile
- The Managed Checklist download status is now working on iOS devices.
- The History screen now refreshes after a record sync to web.

Highlights – Mobile
- The onboarding screen issue on iPads has now been resolved.
- A bug was fixed that will prevent PartnerID field from crashing.
- The Terms and Conditions screen is now assessable on Android devices.
- A bug fixing read-only fields that were editable on Android devices.
- A “Clear” button has been added next to date fields. Clicking the “Clear” button will remove any selected date from the field.
- General bug fixes aimed at improving performance.

February 2024
Summary
This release focused on implementing fixes for important issues including notification emails, single sign-on, and reporting.
Highlights – Web
- Support for OSHA 300, 301 electronic submissions. This update allows you to comply with the latest OSHA requirements by generating a CSV for “Form 300 – Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses” and “Form 301 – Injury and Illness Incident Report” suitable for upload to OSHA
- The “12 Month Rolling Incident Rate Over Time” report will now run for users with the “YTD” Calendar Type option enabled
- The “Requirements and Action Items Summary” report will now run without exporting duplicate actions
- The “Due Date Changed” notification is no longer improperly triggered when a new record is created
- Users imported using the incident importer no longer show a blank “person involved” column in the incident search
- HEIC files can now be attached through web format
- The “Compliance Requirements and Action” report will no longer output duplicates of information.
- Security has been improved for file attachments
- Resolved issue causing summary notification emails to contain the wrong items in the list of records
Highlights – Mobile
- Users can now use a retry sync button from the mobile app’s History screen for records that failed to sync. This feature is only available for iOS but will be released to Android in a future release
- Resolved issue where a user logging into the mobile app using single sign-on (SSO) would be incorrectly redirected to the website application

Q3 2023
- The “12 Month Rolling Incident Rate Over Time report” can now be used with the “year to date” option for the time range selected.
- OSHA 300 + 301 electronic submission reports are now hidden from existing and new customers until official CSV files are released.
- HEIC images can now be uploaded through both web and mobile formats. In addition, issues uploading some supported filetypes have also been resolved.
- The Compliance “Requirements and Action Items Summary” report results will no longer contain duplicate rows of information.
- The incident importer will now correctly import the DisplayName of the person involved into the database.
